All DAKHEEL fragrance and cosmetic products comply with:
- UK Cosmetics Regulation (post-Brexit equivalent of EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009)
- Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 — for flammable goods classification
- REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 — for chemical substance compliance
Each product has an associated Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) and is registered on the UK Submit Cosmetic Product Notification (SCPN) portal in accordance with legal requirements.

All website content, product designs, packaging designs, fragrance compositions, imagery, and text are the intellectual property of DAKHEEL LTD and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Trade Marks Act 1994.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any DAKHEEL intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
