Shipping Policy
At DAKHEEL LTD, we believe the anticipation of fragrance should be matched by an effortless delivery experience. Every order is handled with precision, dispatched promptly, and tracked from our facility to your doorstep.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time) on a business day, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods — including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sale events — processing may occasionally extend to 3 business days. We will communicate any known delays via email and on our website.
UK Shipping
We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted, fully tracked courier services. Each parcel requires a signature upon delivery.

Free shipping is automatically applied to all UK orders valued at £50 or more. No promo code is required.
International Shipping
DAKHEEL ships internationally via DHL Express. We currently deliver to the European Union and the GCC/Middle East region. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us at enquiries@dakheel.co.uk and we will do our utmost to arrange delivery.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost quoted at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Please ensure the email address associated with your order is correct.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at enquiries@dakheel.co.uk.
Dangerous Goods Notice
Our Eau de Parfum, Body Mists, and Room Sprays contain denatured alcohol, which is classified as a flammable/dangerous good under international transport regulations. As a result:
- Air freight may occasionally be subject to carrier restrictions or minor delays.
- International shipments are routed through approved carriers capable of handling DG-classified goods.
- Some remote or island destinations within the UK may require an additional business day for delivery.
This does not affect the safety or quality of your fragrance in any way. It is purely a transport classification matter.
Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if the tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate a courier investigation and work to resolve the matter promptly.
DAKHEEL LTD is not liable for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to alcohol content regulations, we are currently unable to ship certain products to specific international destinations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, it will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
