"The Ritual" refers to our subscription service offering recurring deliveries of selected DAKHEEL products.

4. Product Descriptions & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

Regarding pricing:

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at 20% where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or mispriced items. If an item has been incorrectly priced, we will contact you before processing the order to offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
For international orders, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Fragrance Disclaimer: Scent is inherently subjective. Product descriptions, fragrance notes, and olfactory profiles reflect our artistic interpretation and may differ from individual perception. Product colour and texture may vary slightly between batches due to the natural variation of raw materials.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. This offer is not accepted until we send you an Order Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

Accept or decline any order in whole or in part, at our sole discretion.
Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these terms.
Limit quantities or restrict orders to certain quantities at our discretion.

Customer Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods have not been dispatched. To cancel:

Our Right to Cancel

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. The Ritual — Subscription Terms

By subscribing to The Ritual, you agree to the following additional terms:

You authorise DAKHEEL LTD to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly).
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled by you.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Promotional subscription pricing applies to the first billing cycle only unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. You may cancel without penalty if you do not agree to the price change.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the DAKHEEL name, logo, brand identity, product names (including Signature, Reserve, and The Ritual), fragrance compositions, product designs, packaging designs, website design, imagery, text, graphics, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of DAKHEEL LTD and is protected under UK and international copyright, trademark, and design laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.
Use the DAKHEEL name, logo, or any associated trademarks for commercial purposes.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our fragrance formulations or proprietary processes.
Create derivative works based on our products, packaging, or branding.

DAKHEEL®, the DAKHEEL logo, product names, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of DAKHEEL LTD. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

11. Reviews & User-Generated Content

If you submit a product review or other content, you grant DAKHEEL LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content on our website and marketing channels. You must not submit content that is defamatory, offensive, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAKHEEL LTD shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Any allergic reaction, skin irritation, or adverse effect resulting from use of our products. We recommend reviewing the ingredients list and performing a patch test before use.

13. Product Safety & Allergies

Our products are manufactured in compliance with UK Cosmetics Regulation and EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Each product includes a full ingredients list and safety information on the packaging.

Flammability: Eau de Parfum, Body Mists, and Room Sprays contain denatured alcohol and are flammable. Keep away from heat, open flames, and direct sunlight. Do not spray near eyes or on broken skin.
Sensitivity: Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

As a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you reside. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
